Hixny is an HIE that brings together community stakeholders to use information to effectively advance population health, quality of care, patient satisfaction and reduce per capita cost of care. They tapped id29 to come up with a new approach to the often mundane healthcare annual report. We pitched and produced an editorial style magazine that brought illustration and art direction to the individual stories and case studies within the annual report.
